SPL 1.1: Why SPL?

1.1.1* The special public license is designed within thoughts of the modern world.
1.1.2* One of its most remarkable change from GPL is the prohibition of Agencial/Agentic-related usage of M-software.
1.1.3* This mentality takes a important role in the Mproj foundation; it does *not* comply with organizations nocive to freedom/liberty of people.
1.1.4* It could be remarked as a "weapon" for the people against such groups; a form of protection of your freedom whilst using modern technology
and doing your tasks.
1.1.5* Nevertheless, adopting SPL to license your project is like saying to your users "Hey! We care about your privacy, security and freedom!" out loud. It estabilishes a connection of trust, which is way more important than you may think.
1.1.6* trust is inevitable in business, and losing it (e.g violating SPL) can be harmful for both the developers and the users.
1.1.7* Concluding: SPL is not just a license, it's also a message. Its adoption shows that the developer came to carefully choose its approach to the user.
